Transforming smiles with full arch immediate reconstruction unique surgical training experience.
At Pikos Institute, we are proud to offer a comprehensive full arch immediate reconstruction course unlike anything else available today. This course provides an in-depth look into our fully guided protocol—not only for implant placement but also for the prefabricated PMMA monolithic bar-supported prosthesis. The Importance of a Team Approach.

Success in full arch reconstruction relies on a true team approach. That’s why we encourage surgical specialists—periodontists and oral surgeons—to attend with their top two or three restorative colleagues. This ensures that everyone involved can implement the protocol seamlessly upon returning to their practice.

Implant Course Structure

Our three-day training includes: Lectures covering principles, concepts, and protocols. Hands-on training, where participants get step-by-step guidance through the techniques. Live surgery demonstrations, providing real-time application of the taught principles. A focus on complications and marketing insights to ensure long-term success.

Live Surgical Procedure: A Guided Approach

Let’s explore a typical case—a patient in her late 50s presenting with terminal dentition. The process begins with a full flap reflection and edentulation of the maxillary arch, followed by placing a bone foundation guide, crucial for the next steps. Once the guide is positioned, implants are placed in a fully guided manner, with predetermined length, diameter, and angulation. This virtual planning process ensures precision and efficiency, significantly reducing intraoperative time compared to traditional conversion protocols.

Multi-Unit Abutments and Prosthesis Placement

With implants secured, multi-unit abutments—pre-selected for cuff height and type—are placed, followed by the prefabricated prosthesis. Using a dual-cure flowable composite, we ensure accurate pickup and indexing against the opposing arch. Meanwhile, as my restorative colleague refines the prosthesis, I address any residual bone defects by grafting with autogenous and allogeneic bone, along with PRF membranes for enhanced healing.

Finalizing the Restoration

After verifying occlusion and making necessary refinements, the provisional prosthesis is placed, marking the transformation of the patient’s smile. This protocol has changed lives for over six years, and we are excited to share our experiences with colleagues eager to learn. We welcome you to join us and elevate your approach to full arch reconstruction.
