Join the Pikos Institute for a rare, immersive clinical experience at the state-of-the-art ILAPEO training facility in Curitiba, Brazil—home of Neodent.
Neodent has a strong partnership with ILAPEO, the Latin American Institute of Dental Research and Education, an internationally renowned center of excellence in research and continued education in dental clinical practice.
This 4-day, one-on-one full-arch surgical training program is designed exclusively for 20 advanced clinicians ready to elevate their immediate loading techniques through real-world surgical application.
Guided by Dr. Michael Pikos, the Pikos Institute Faculty and the ILAPEO faculty, each participant will perform two full-arch implant surgeries as lead surgeon and assist in two additional cases. You will plan, execute, and restore cases using cutting-edge tools including Smilecloud digital diagnostics, photogrammetry, 3D printed prototype evaluation, and real-time chairside conversion protocols.
The week includes didactic sessions, model-based simulation, a live surgical demonstration by Neodent founder Dr. Geninho Thomé, and four patient surgeries per clinician—offering a level of hands-on learning that is unmatched in the field. All surgeries will be supervised by master faculty to ensure clinical precision and case success.
Set against the vibrant backdrop of Curitiba, the experience includes a welcome dinner, factory tour of Neodent, and curated hospitality to make your stay seamless and inspiring.

- Prosthesis template pre made looking to facilitate the implant placement in favorable anterior-posterior spread
- Prosthetic workflow with a dynamic chair side conversion (Neoconvert), a digital workflow using horizontal scanbodies (Exact) and using a photogrammetry technology with iCam
- Clinical review and discussion of all treatment made & follow up and maintenance recommendation

Course Travel & Logistics:
- Suggested Arrival Day: Sunday, May 31st, 2026
- Suggested Departure Day: Saturday, June 5th, 2026
- Tuition Includes: All course related equipment, materials, meals, ground transportation to and from local airport, and boutique hotel for 5 nights. Hotel provides premium breakfasts, lunches will at course location, and dinners will be at popular local urban restaurants.
- Airfare is the responsibility of attendee
- Arrival Airport: Curitiba ( CWB). Several connections via San Palo (GRU) & Rio de Janeiro (GIG)
- What to Bring: 1 full set of scrubs (more will be supplied), loops, and close toe shoes for operating theatre.
